We were turned away from a Pizza place in Erquy harbour so decided to just drive round to the next bay to try and see if there was anywhere else. On first viewing from the carpark I didn 't notice anywhere to eat and then saw the bar sign. When we arrived La Potiniere was packed and I thought we 're going to be turned away here too, however we were lucky, Cinque minutes monsieur and sure enough 3 later we were seated. The Pizza I had was amazing and I 'm very fussy about Pizza, my partner had the Moules Roquefort and the size of the portion was beyond generous. She loved every last one and the chips were pretty good too.
Nous y avons mangé en famille (groupe de 10), super accueil, service rapide, considération des clients, serveuses très professionnelles à tous les niveaux (service du vin, service des plats, pain et eau sans redemander), un très bon rapport qualité prix, des desserts qui relèvent encore plus l'expérience, et toute la tablée service en même temps ! Le seul petit bémol (s'il doit y en avoir un) serai la déco intérieure et les sets en papier qui correspondent moins au standing du service et de l'assiette. Merci pour ce beau dîner, à tester et retester !
The 3 star rating is based on person choice. This is the restaurant that most French people like and it's always very busy so you need to book. We think the menu is quite limited and very meat based. When there is fish on the menu it often has some sort of meat with it. So that's no good for us as one of us eats fish but no meat. If you do like very traditionally cooked French food than this is the place for you. But remember to book!
Very nice beach with just a few houses on the otherside of the hill to Equy with this small place. Small but welcome here and had a lot going for it. Priced for what it was but nevertheless there was a good choice and the house wine was good. Not a place you would find unless you were staying there as it has a large motorhome park but should you do so then pop in you should not be disapointed. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
the restaurant has an atypical atmosphere and I have always enjoyed it to restore it with always a very good reception. The kitchen is simple, everything depends on what you take, for fried mussels, impeccable. for dogs present in the restaurant, no worries and are adorable. note that now the restaurant is called clapotis. the resto has the advantage of being open almost all year round.
Set on th next beach in Plage Du Caroual friendly staff and dogs, great mussels and chips. Lots of choice for the children hot coffee to warm up after swimming.
Very decent steaks, excellent pizza for the kids and just a stonesthrow from an excellent beach made for a brilliant holiday family dining out experience.
