La Poule En Feu - Tisch reservieren

We ordered a whole chicken. I appreciate that the skin was crispy, slightly charred in a good way. The Poule en Feu seasoning was decent, though a bit bland no real kick to it. However, the chicken was very dry from the breast to the legs, there’s nothing worse than dry chicken. It’s the reason I pay more and I order chicken, rather than cook it myself to make sure it’s not dry. Maybe it usually isn’t like this, but the whole meal wasn’t too good because of it.

for the first time, I had the 1/4huh and 1/2 rippchen with a side of penne pasta. very tasty! well seasoned a GENEROUS portion of pasta. the ribs were very delicate, the hem was juicy
