A sublime and totally unexpected address, given the photos that remained from the old, far less gastronomic address (so you don't rely on the old pictures) and which have held us far away for a long time. I'm sorry! The restaurant La Prévôté gathers all the ingredients that make a must-see and unforgettable step: a serene, elegant and authentic setting, a sought-after and perfectly mastered cuisine, intuitive alliances of top-class farmers products that work perfectly, a warm and sincere welcome and service. One of the best gastronomic addresses in Franche-Comté.
I had the opportunity to eat several times in this restaurant and in different seasons. Experience is always pleasant, pleasant service and poetic and always delicious dishes. A special mention to the rank leader of the Samedo 15 July 2023 who was alone in the room and who perfectly managed the service despite a substantial number of people! An exceptional gourmet experience in the heart of GRAY in a beautiful and warm setting. The chef excels in the cooking of quality products and the presentation of the dishes. Note the beautiful cheese tray that has become so rare in restaurants today. We had a very pleasant time in this restaurant that I highly recommend.
