Recently opened by two very hard working young men, Mathieu and Bruno, La Promenade is a modern interpretation of a traditional Paris bistro. We were staying in the Bastille area for 6 days and while we were able to find plenty of cute/tasty cafes and restaurants, this one definitely took the cake. We sat outside with a great view of Promenade Plantée. Since it was our last meal, our aim was to knockout as many French staples as possible. We started off with escargot and French onion soup. The escargot was extremely tender and buttery with an amazing pesto like sauce that was great to dip our bread in. If you're looking for a fun, friendly and delicious French restaurant away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas this is the place to go! We stumbled across La Promenade and it was the best find of our trip to Paris. The service was really great and the interior of the restaurant is beautiful. If you go here you will not be disappointed! The mushroom risotto and banana shortcake were wonderful!
very good experience in this typical Parisian bistro. excellent smiling and efficient service, well-proven map, but we chose the dish of the day, the squid tab. well cooked meat, with enough meat. Very good potato. a simple dish, well executed and at a very appropriate price. We'll be there with pleasure!

So, i found the place because Jodorowsky and his famous tarots reading every wednesdays! While me and my partner were waiting we order a small appetizer to share (not so small as we thought) and two drinks. Excellent! The staff is very polite and professional and the location is lovely! A place to go :)
very good brewery, quick and pleasant service. Delicious vegetarian plate, the toast was excellent, the salad too, the juice pressed is fresh, the prices are correct for generous portions! we were out but inside it is very pleasant and warm, I recommend this brewery
Delightful place with excellent food. Great place to have escargot and French onion soup. The risotto was also one of the best my wife has had in Paris. Nice friendly service with menus in English. On my five star recommended list!
rather nice, the menu is very varied and the kitchen seems rather home! small defects; my tonic gin was drowned, the heart curved from the cooked medium did not work and the service a little slow.
