This bakery has the very best pan dulce ever!! Yes it is a bit pricier than most but it tastes so much superior to those other places where you get 4 or 5 pieces for a $1.00. The cakes are so delicious they use fresh fruit you can tell because it not brown or soggy. As a family, every time we have ordered food it 's been good and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. We 've lived in La Puente for over 40 years, this is our go to place for pan dulce and birthday cakes. I would highly recommend the strawberry cheesecake cake oh so good!
When I was working on the go, a quick stop for a coffee and pan dulce(sweet bread) followed up with a torta de chorizo con huevo(chorizo w scrambled eggs) would be all I need before the sunrise. The staff in this small hardworking panadería (bakery) work time for you to be in n out in no time, very friendly and good humored. You tell them what you need and they got you covered. I love their tamales and bread! It?s a bit pricey but delicious. They take credit card and money nothing else. I have to try more of their food because it always smells so good inside. And the girl that always helps me is really nice. Especially bc she speaks English!! I visit every time I go get o Esther?s beauty salon..
I never realized how much choice this place has until I went on a day and bought some croissants. You have meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner that I still have to taste. And I look forward to it.
Loves all delicious sweet bread and desserts. I and my family always order our cakes here for every occasion. The hot food is delish.
Their bread and variety of cookies are amazing. There is always a nice selection. Their coffee is hot and ready to be served.
