bistronomy. for the little story... back to argelès after 2 years of absence, we went to the cayrou, to our great disappointment it was definitely closed, but very fortunately to open the quest further ... what enthusiasm to find, the cook in a brand new concept, bistronomy, to regale our taste buds... accompanied by a super team to the top. their culinary creations are served in a shared format, depending on the seasons, with each meal and boiled an explosion of flavors in the mouth... a delight to the end. we ate correctly, nothing was bad but this restaurant is absolutely not worth the notes indicated!! The sauces are too simple, just a little cream, a little butter and some herbs are not enough to make a sauce. The caille was served with Chinese noodles without taste. concerning the cheese plate, she was a copycat but with cheese from the supermarket. We really don't understand the notes!
