Our food arrived quickly; however, just as swiftly, our server disappeared. There was no follow-up from her at all, and our drinks went from full to empty without any attention. The food was delivered by someone other than our server, who was not seen again until it was time for the check.
The tacos were tasty and well-filled, but they were on the smaller side and not very filling. In contrast, the Fajitas were generously portioned, giving us plenty to take home, and every bite was delightful. Wow! That's all I can say. We were visiting with family and wanted to enjoy a nice dinner out. Although they seemed understaffed that night, the service was exceptional! The jumbo margaritas were truly jumbo!! Enormous, well made, and delicious! I saw the King Ranch Burrito and HAD to try it. It basically had every type of animal on it! Steak, chicken, chorizo, bacon, and shrimp. It was AMAZING! And also HUGE. I ordered it with the chipotle cream sauce on the side, but ended up putting it all over it. The experience was great and we will definitely be returning.
The spicy steak tacos were flavorful but ended up being soggy, which took away some of their appeal. I also wish there was an option to get double rice instead of having to choose a second side that ends up going to waste. I’m consistently let down by the cheese dip. However, the Rancherita bowl and ACP are usually spot on. I tried the chicken rolls for the first time, and they were incredible!
Decided to try La Rancherita tonight on a whim with my friend and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. Contrary to recent complaints I had absolutely no issue with service. The waitress was attentive, extremely nice and made great recommendations. The carne asada was juicy, tender and the salsa was to die for. It’s not often I give a 5 star rating but this place deserves a 5 star rating.

BEST MEXICAN FOOD, EVER (and I’ve been to Mexico)! The atmosphere is fun and spacious with great music. The real treasure is the staff who are on top of their game. A must go!
The burrito is delicious and a generous size. The carne asada fries were loaded with toppings, although they did get a bit soggy—something that's to be expected with delivery.
Chips and salsa great! Guacamole great! Bean dip great! Veggie fajitas great! Atmosphere great! Will definitely be back!
The food was basically unseasoned and didnt taste good. I got the tiras de pollo and I regret every penny I spent

Very large portions. They have a vegan chorizo and potato tacos with fried plantains. So good!
A cute, clean decor. Good food. Attentive wait staff. Freshly made guacamole chicken rolls.
