to whom this may concern.... me and my husband booked a table on 5th jan at 22.30 for our anniversary expecting that we would have a 3 course meal. we even got there earlier to have a drink in your bar, so when we turned up a waiter finally came over to tell us that we wouldnt get served, after asking why and getting no explaination he gets a manager to talk to us to tell us we r only entitaled to a main meal, i dont get why you would take a booking at that time if your not willing to serve, theres so many lovely restaurants in beckenham and we thought we would try yours, wished we hadnt have wasted our time now, the service is discusting, and i certainly will not be recommending you to anyo...
service was slow and people who came after us were served before us drinks and meals. we had to ask for drinks and menus and for our orders. I had the duck with honey roasted veg. I do not prefer to eat too much meat, but no veggie option on the menu. the duck was harder than she looked, so I hardly ate anything of it. the personal had taken over the costs for the bill. were delicious. it is a beautiful atmosphere and the bar next to heaving. overall a beautiful place to go with friends. even if I was somewhat disappointed with my meal, I would try something else on the menu again and again.
what a contrast! the restaurant is stunning. the waiting staff are real professionals, friendly and informative. I want to eat it. I was there for a romantic meal, a group meal and for lunch and was never disposed of. it is one of the best restaurants in the bromley area. if they then stand up again and want a giggle, there is a very lively bar next door that suprisingly doesn't look at the restaurant at all, but the bar is great for a night outside, many divorced women and men or married women and men all on the train, great entertainment, just pull a chair and watch!
arrived to take table booked, waiter suggested if we wait with them to have more beautiful table. entered into the bar, enjoyed drink but 40 minutes later (after courtier tracing) led back to the restaurant by host to the original table. what? no connectivity between the employees, highlighted question to restaurant / host instructor setting led to tuning with our feet left. very bad first experience with new management as long-term customers. crossed road to warm welcome great dinner of very busy pierre luigui, which could not come any more

We always go for our Wedding Anniversary as it is a beautifully intimate option during the Christmas party season. Food was very good but a little below the very high standards we are used to, the tarte tatin was very different to their usual and was not as good.
beautiful choice, but they have shared the restaurant so it is now half bar with very loud music and a completely different clientele in the restaurant with only 1 row of toilets.
We go here every year on our anniversary plus have been on other occasions, including with our family and a table for 12. Great food and service every time.
Have been to this restaurant on many occasions for lunch and dinner and have never been disappointed! Food and service excellent.
