But if you are attentive to the open kitchen, the chef and his acolytes prepare the dishes on the wire, nothing warm! And when the room is full (25/30 people, it is normal to wait at least 30/40 minutes! The service was a bit disordered, but the atmosphere and decor of the room make us forget this! And the parrot, an attraction of the evening, spends time. With respect to the entrances, dishes and desserts... it was excellent! They're well presented. Home sangria is very good! We'll be back with pleasure. For information, the parrot is a woman named Gaia... not Gaillard lol!
