Après une première expérience réussie il y a 3 ans, nous sommes revenus à l’occasion de l’anniversaire des 90 ans de ma grand mère. Concept du menu unique, vin compris, élaboré avec des produits premium et de qualité, c’est tout simplement un régal pour les papilles et pour les yeux, car oui il ne faut pas oublier le cadre incroyable autour de l’histoire du rallye de monte carlo. Ravi d’avoir enfin découvert cet endroit chargé d’histoire que font vivre Yves et sa sœur ! Nous avons adoré : le lieu, le musée, le caractère de nos hôtes, le menu (assiette de charcuterie, truite au beurre, fin maigre du mezenc aux morilles, pavlova à la châtaigne,… , le prix 55 € incroyablement correct… bref une expérience hors du temps partagé entre amis.
