This restaurant was recommended to us as offering very good traditional food. Our experience was not as positive as expected. The restaurant was full. It was already difficult to enter and go to through the bar to the eating room. It was full outside and in the bar with people eating so called pintxos. They must be very good. The restaurant was also full, crowded, extremely noise at that day. The food was traditional but nothing special and the choice limited to the so called menus. We need to go back at a more quiet day.
The experience was absolutely wonderful. We arrived late night to this bar on a Saturday evening. We were enjoying some pintxos along the Cuchilleria street and we entered in this restaurant-bar. We ordered some pintxos and red local wine from La Rioja. The experience was amazing. Lovely tastes and flavours with a beautiful presentation. The nice music made the atmosphere even perfect. A must to visit Restaurant if you are walking along one of the most famous streets in this great city which is Vitoria.
Llegamos por recomendación de gente de Vitoria y tuvimos suerte en encontrar un hueco. Advertimos que solo teníamos una hora para comer y el servicio fue muy eficiente. Me gustó que las recomendaciones verbales de productos frescos se nos dijo el precio, y que eran acertadas. Salmonete y tarta de queso deliciosos. El resto, de carta, muy bien también. 33€ por persona con bebida, postre, segundo y un primero a compartir, un sábado. Para nosotras mas que suficiente y muy buena relación calidad precio.
We sat here to take the menu of the day . One dish being breaded fresh hake . We asked whether the hake was actually fresh. The waiter answered in a very rude way saying I have said fresh, if it wasn 't fresh I would have said breaded hake only . We understood that to be a very rude way to deal with guests. We paid our beers and left. I used to like this place for its beef cheese sandwiches. Now I doubt we 'll ever come back after what happened today.

Un lugar increíble en donde comer, el rape estaba delicioso, y el chuletón un 10/10, en su punto. Además, el Goxua estaba delicioso. Totalmente recomendable ir si eres nuevo en Vitoria. Que no se me olvide el servicio, que ha sido excelente. Incluso ir con tu familia es una experiencia cuanto menos gratificante.
He trabajado 8 años en Vitoria de los cuales he vivido 5... Cómo puede ser que no haya estado nunca aquí... Las mejores alubias que me he comido y servicio sobresaliente. 100% recomendable

El trato fue buenísimo. La carne espectacular. Volveré a Vitoria solo por volver a comer aqui.
