During our ski holiday week last December in Lenzerheide, we had a dinner at La Riva. The restaurant is located outside the town in a quiet location. Inside the restaurant it has a Swiss chalet style with wooden beams. The tables were decorated festively for the holiday season. The food there is not only tasteful for the tongue and stomach, but also for the eyes! Each course and each dish was beautifully, artistically and exquisitely presented. We were a group of 11 people and ordered individually from the menu: 3 courses, 5 courses and even complete menu. Meine Familie besucht La Riva schon seit vielen Jahren und Asia Stubli ist ein weiterer Grund, wiederzukommen! Das Sushi ist eines der besten, das ich je gegessen habe! Alles ist so frisch, wie sie es sich wünschen, die Präsentation und Vielfalt bezaubernd und der gemischte Teller viel für zwei. Der gemischte Teller enthält viel Sashimi und Nigiri sowie ein paar Brötchen und japanisches Omelett. Selbstverständlich besteht auch die Möglichkeit, à la carte zu bestellen. Wir haben auch das (Beste aller Zeiten! Seeweed-Salat, Edamame und Dim Sonne, drei Gerichte, die ich ebenfalls wärmstens empfehlen kann. Schön, dass es in Lenzerheide eine andere, hochwertige Küche gibt. Positiv überrascht, den Toro-Thunfisch nicht nur auf der asiatischen Speisekarte zu finden, sondern auch verfügbar und in guter Qualität. Gleicher (familienfreundlicher) Service wie im benachbarten Restaurant La Riva. Das Sashimi, Nigiri und Maki sowie das Dim Sum waren sauber und authentisch. Die Suppen (Miso und Tom Kha Gai) sowie die bewährte Curry-Domäne waren eine raffinierte Interpretation der traditionellen Rezepte, aber dennoch natürlich und intensiv. Auch wenn die Wüste nicht zu den anderen Flüchen passte, war es ein sehr angenehmer Abend in diesem neu eröffneten Restaurant.
We've been to La Riva a number of times over the years and they never disappoint. We chose to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary there recently with a group of friends from the UK and they welcomed us with a beautifully decorated table - something we had not expected as we did not recall even mentioning it was our anniversary!! The food was fantastic as usual - imaginative, tasty and amazingly presented - and the service is exemplary. We're not surprised Roger Federer is a regular visitor! Ich war letztes Wochenende mit meiner Familie im Asia - Stübli zu Gast, und ich kann es jedem absolut empfehlen. Man hat eine riesige Auswahl von Frühlingsrollen, Asia-Suppen, Sushi bis hin zu Curry und Süss/ Sauer. Wir haben uns quer durch die Karte gegessen und waren absolut begeistert. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist auch super, und sehr gute Weinkarte.Tolle Leistung! Wir kommen wider!
Although tasty, la riva has become too fancy. I've been there many times over the years but won't go back there too soon. They have a very limited food menu and the few dishes are too sophisticated (only ingredients on menu rather than actual dish). Furthermore, it's really pricey. I prefer cheaper, down to earth restaurants. Also staff was really slow and not paying attention to detail.
Our party of four had a fabulous night at La Riva recently. The food is excellent, not to tricky or fussy but interesting in its presentation and execution and use of excellent raw materialsThe service, was as you would expect in a one star Michelin was very good and the wine list also good with reasonable prices
This is proper modern upmarket cooking. Menu is sensibly not too large but the Chef knows what he is doing - and he comes out for a chat before you leave.Modern uncluttered dining room and excellent service as well. Would not be disgraced by being in London or Paris. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Sushi, sashimi, dim sum, Miso supe es schmeckt Alles wie in Japan :)) auch das Saké und japanisches bier Wird mit richtige temperatur und liebe serviert :)) Wir freuen uns schon auf nachste besuch :)) Weiter so !!!!
