En 1147, bajo el reinado de Abu al-Gamar, es ahora un ejército almohade quien conquista gran parte del sur de España, de las primeras, Jerez. Aunque era ciudad recién amurallada de clara vocación guerrera, ésta se entrega por capitulación, evitando daños materiales en el recinto amurallado. Pastelería con mucho arraigo en Jerez y con encanto, al estar pegada a la antigua muralla de la ciudad. Esta dividida en dos locales contiguos, en uno está la pastelería y otro la cafetería -heladeria. En el interior no hay espacio para consumir,por lo que hay que sentarse en los veladores que tienen fuera o comprar para llevar. Los dulces que tienen están buenos en general, pero mis preferidos son los pestiños.

Buena pastelería. Dulces riquísimos. Pestiños y pan de Cádiz fueron nuestras elecciones. Muy buen producto. Buen café. Buena elección para tomar un cafe.
Sitio con encanto. Tomamos un café y una porción de tarta que estaba espectacular. Cuando volvamos a Jerez repetimos seguro.
El producto, en general, está bueno pero no destaca ninguno. Al menos no se pasan con el precio. El servicio regular.
