Back from a prolonged weekend in the Meridional Vosges, we were looking for a place where lunch at a pleasant price when we returned to the Plat Country (even if it is not really in our region. We found the Salamandre Tacheté because of the blunder of the old establishment. Very good surprise. The service stopping normally at 13:30, our arrival at 13:35 could have been sanctioned with a refusal. That's all. Another couple even arrived a few minutes later and was received with the same attention. Installed on the terrace, we took advantage of the setting. Hello everyone, I am more than surprised by the various positive comments. The welcome is indeed very pleasant, but unfortunately for this friendly boss it doesn't do everything. The quality of food is really not worthy of a restaurant, even family. Not really it's not good, not even talking about prices. Whether it's cheap is a fact, but it takes a minimum of quality. I think a middle school canteen makes better dishes than this restaurant. Sorry for this comment has charge, but you need a minimum skill in each trade.... Goodwill is not enough!
Not very far from the road between St Dié and Colmar, a great address for all those who like to venture out of the beaten paths: echo-responsible approach, local short circuit products, explosion of flavors and copied plates, all in a very nice setting for a very reasonable price. Nice surprise. Local cuisine , privileged short circuit Excellent relation quality prices and super friendly service , we know the origin of almost all the products consumed . The slightly rustic setting in any case the outdoor terrace) is very quiet because at the distance from the traffic. We had a very good time.

I arrived too early in the season which will begin for this restaurant but there is much more to discover in this place. I was received by the people who will bring this place to life and frankly I really want to come back and see them. I wish them many wonderful encounters.
A very good hearty meal, and especially you feel like home! A family atmosphere on a very large site that does not lack history. I highly recommend if you want to discover flavors from other countries while having a high-quality ratio at the top
An ethical restaurant with local products and a map of good local beers. The committed team is helpful and passionate. A restaurant that comes out of the frame and deserves to be stopped.
Great evening spent on the terrace in a rural setting. Very welcoming chef, only unique and local products.
