Let me start by saying, the food, when it was delivered to the majority who ordered was tasty, HOWEVER, the service in this restaurant is nothing short of rude and incompetent. 8 of us sat down to eat, a drinks order was demanded of us and they managed to get 7 of the 8 drinks incorrect including bringing a bottle of White wine when we clearly ordered Red. The waitress then took 7 orders and walked off without taking mine, when i followed her up to the counter i was told by the gentleman that they had a process, and my order couldn't be added to an already taken list and still wouldn't take my order (they did 5 minutes later after i tried to walk out).I meal was cold and despite many attempt...
Oh dear what a huge disappointment, food was ok but the service was really quite abrupt, no enjoy, is everything ok , would you like a sweet , like others I think we were just invisible. They did have staff issues , not helped by their rep trying to fill the place up, but no excuse for poor manners . I can understand staffing issues but it's not the customers fault . We had actually been there pre lockdown and it was excellent, hence why we went back . The last time we were there their rep was very smartly dressed,not this time tbh he looked quite unsavoury. People walked out and some said worst place they had been. Hopefully they will improve .
Have been here a number of times over the years and love their vodka salmon pasta. Was really excited to return this year but unfortunately very disappointed. No Prosecco and very limited wine choice. Ordered focaccia to start but got it with our mains and was more like a ham sandwich, mains was bland and seemed to be missing ingredients, and to top it off was given our bill without asking or being given the opportunity for desert. Wont be returning.
Great service, lovely food fresh pasta and pizza and very authentic. As said before seems quiet as off main road, definitely worth a visit Italian quality at reasonable prices with lovely service
