we noted the very favourable three-advisor opinions regarding this establishment. We've done well to follow them. We went there one Thursday night. We were greeted very kindly, without obsesquiosity, with natural attention. the room offers a modern and sober decor. We chose a pig back and a lamb mouse. Never have we eaten meat so tasteful, so fragrant and so tender, cooked to perfection, accompanied by simple vegetables, simple purée of natural potato, with purée of discretely enhanced potato of tapnade, Provencal tomatoes on butternet toast. all, scented and perfectly cooked. the wines offered to the glass were, on the advice of the server, absolutely matched. We ate at the greenhouse restaurant a noon between work colleagues. the setting is beautiful, the well-appointed park and the castle makes its effect! The bosses are very friendly. we had a menu at (price to flat) and at (price to flat). the price is very suitable for lunch. the only dish: in view of the frame, I expected to have a more refined card even to pay more. But otherwise everything is perfect, we will return, of course!
