What a great discovery! If I could put six stars, I wouldn't hesitate. The Discovery menu, in 7 services, is amazing: surprising food associations give birth to tasty blends of flavors, for a journey between land and sea. The presentation of the dishes is very careful and the service is particularly attentive. Two small dining rooms, sober but chic, allow an intimate meal in front of a magnificent wine cellar exposed behind a glass window. Finally, and this is a very nice idea: the names of local producers are associated with the presentation of each dish. A RECOMMANDER
Very nice discovery in Aizenay. A beautiful table with refined dressage in the neat decoration of a style house. Flavours that carry you, a true personality in the composition of the dishes. The green crab juice that accompanies the raie is sublime and the dessert cake is a real moment of pleasure.
