We had a very good evening, the outside is very cozy for a summer dinner. The meal was very good, on my side I found the gambas on a mango bed a little fades. On the other hand, I had a big blow of heart for piquillos and the cream burnt basil and roast apricots. Under new management since Feb 2024 and the injection of energy and enthusiasm shows. A very fine hostellerie experience from start to finish. I could not fault. Dinner was of Michellin quality. Top Class.
Had a great time. Pool and backyard area was very relaxing and beautiful. Food was delicious with huge portions. Excellent wine list. Only regret is not taking a picture of the wine we had.
