The dish of the day was excellent; as for my omelette ham cheese: a marvel! Yes, it’s simple a omelette but it’s also an art so that the result is as sublime. Bravo to the chief!
We stopped by chance before crossing the Bonette Pass on a motorcycle. Very nice bosses, an excellent shallots bath!!!! As soon as we pass, we will return with pleasure!
