very very very disappointing:. We'll be here at 5:30. We're asking for an outside table that we'll be accepted. They're waiting for us to put it in place. We say we want to drink an apero in the meantime, which arrives 40 minutes after two reminders. Then we are asked to order for the meal at 6:15. We're being served inside the office at 6:40. The dishes were defrosted and cold!! at 16,90€ the dish, one expects at least that the potato grated is made home and not defrosted (this looked like a sort of purée). The concept seems great with the setting around the famous fun rentals, except that this restaurant has only that good. the map seems good, but when you look closely at the different types of dishes are based on the same products, it's just revisited. We caught a flame in the munster and a tart, not very good, we had the impression of warmed and gruyère put above to hide the misery of the dish. The waiting time is horrible. the view of the kitchen remains to be desired and the cleanliness of the chef in the kitchen is lamentable. This person has the style to make an emptying in a garage, not to mention the complete disorganization of the staff.

we went to la soupe au choux pretty hungry. the young man who did service did not seem to have experienced. we had to order everything twice, and we gave up to get a green salad. I'm sure this place could be good if the service was reasonable.
We went there for lunch and as we were 7 people in this small restaurant, i thought it might take along time, but the service was very fats and efficient. the food was good, i loved the flame-kuchen.
Loved how this place was open so late (even on Christmas Eve! The staff was very friendly and it had a very comfortable atmosphere. We were so hungry and found this place, heaven-sent!
The dishes typically Vosges are delicious, the service was perfect, and the setting was very nice. In addition, this is the only restaurant that accepted us after 10:00. A big bravo!
