Choux Choux initially seduces with its promising name, but the experience remains mixed. The service, a little cold but efficient, sets the tone: everything is straightforward, without any particular warmth. The ham-salad-tomato-parmesan sandwich lacks depth, with bread that's too soft and a timid seasoning, barely saved by good tomatoes and a tasty parmesan. The croissant, however, holds its own without shining. On the other hand, the caramel choux brings a nice sweet note, too tender certainly, but with a clean and generous taste. A decent place for a quick visit, which would benefit from injecting a little more character into both the dishes and the welcome.
An excellent bakery! However, there are 3 closer, but I prefer to go to that one. The bread is excellent, especially the organic sourdough pie. When the galette des rois is there, it’s quite simply the best I’ve ever had. In terms of pastry, I recommend the Sublime. Being an amateur pastry chef, I am completely amazed by the finesse and balance of this cake. Mini downside, I find the snack part a little below, for example the country ham baguette sandwiches could be more garnished. The welcome is always impeccable, the baker always willing to make a sandwich at any time on request, and is particularly kind.
Choux Choux in its neighborhood, what a find! A truly artisanal bakery: quality, freshness, and delicious flavors. Shopkeepers worthy of the name, a warm welcome, and fast, impeccable service. A brand-new shop, spotlessly clean, and with more than convenient opening hours. A very wide variety of breads, snacks, pastries, cakes, and other treats, with new creations throughout the seasons. Whatever you choose, it's a delight! A bakery that lives up to the numerous awards recognizing the expertise of its artisan bakers and pastry chefs. A 5-star recommendation without hesitation!
I have to admit that refusing the CB for a tradition in 2024 after the whole Covid period. It's average... It's been a long time since this happened to me because in all the bakeries I go to now the minimum includes at least the price of the baguette.. it means you have to buy more or always have change and I admit that after Covid it's no longer my habit. Too bad I was distributed with nothing.

Hot day, needed a cool break and the frozen fruit smoothies (raspberry and mango) really made the difference. Organic ingredients. They also offer a salad bar, a terrace in the back plus tables in the front. Friendly, covid-compliant service.
Very convenient and healthy place to stop/rest/drink/eat in an otherwise quite crowded and busy Yvoire. Space for eating in front and in back. Friendly staff. The fruit smoothies are quite refreshing, particularly in the summer sun.
In the entire Vallées sector, this is the bakery that makes the best quality pure butter croissants with a truly amazing taste and texture. I would happily walk 3km again to get some more.
Excellent bakery. Succulent croissants and pains au chocolat. And the flans, what can I say... Delicious... A marvel even!
