Family visit. Welcome courtesy, nice but slow service, but unfortunately very medium kitchen: buffets of entries and desserts rather restricted, and of more than average quality, and flat rather correct provided that you are amateur with sauces based on calf background! Big impression that nothing is done on the spot, but just assembled. We have a feeling of true goodwill, but also a real lack of means. This is a shame because the restaurant actually enjoys a view of the lake quite exceptional. I understood that the restaurant had been taken over recently. Let's hope that they will straighten the bar, because the lake alone will not suffice to bring the clientele back regularly.
Welcomed by the hotel-server-host, he deserves a 20/20 without hesitation for his dynamism of very good taste, we have had a good time. The dishes offered on the menu are varied and appetizing. We ate very well for a reasonable price. Attention the establishment has changed its name, it is no longer the supper but the flight.
The view of the lake is very nice and the restaurant, although a little, is beautiful and clean. The dishes are good and are treated. It's a good choice to spend a meal in the head with a calm head. Having benefited from a Wonderbox, I can't give an opinion on the prices but what I could see was reasonable.
I didn't enjoy the buffets that were shortened by half as the one from the Hors-d'oeuvre and the ones from the dessert or the Breakfast. Now it's no longer the soup of the lake.... it's the Flying.... to a quality more than mediocre!!!! extremely slow service, untrained personnel, too few, prices have dropped but I will not go anymore.
