Seated on time. Waifed 40 minutes with no water, bread or menus. I had to ask because my wife throat was dry. 50 minutes in we ordered drinks, appys and dinner. Drinks finally came and were good. Calamari came and was extremely chewy and looked like it came out of a bag, not fresh. Stuffed mushrooms came cold. Nobody enjoyed or even ate the appetizers after we tasted them. My wife and brother-in-law ordered their salads with dressing on the side. Both salads came with dressing poured over the top. The blue cheese had zero chunks of cheese and like the appetizers were not eaten. Sat at the bar before our dinner reservation. Bartender was busy making drinks, never acknowledged us. No one else was at the bar! After almost 10 minutes asked what we wanted! A server saw us sitting there prior and was going to pour our drinks but the bartender disallowed it! We heard LaStrada made a “ comeback “…not in my opinion. Food was fair.
It was our second time eating here to celebrate our anniversary. We love this place, it is so quiet even though many tables are full. As soon as it started getting a little loud you can tell everyone noticed and the noise level went back down very quickly. We loved our food so much! The staff was amazing!
Overall the space is a little dated. The Service was just fine, very nice waiter but a little unfamiliar with some of the menu. Food was great and everything came to our table in time. Overall we had a nice experience, we'll be back at some point, maybe not immediately.

Made a reservation for 5 people, showed up and they were not even open!!!! Would be nice to know ahead of time, but no sign, notice or anything and ruined the night.
Very nice, quiet friendly place to have a special meal. Good is very good and portions are decent. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Definitely worth a try.
We had a wonderful experience at LA Strada. The waiter accommodated every special request and the food was delicious.
