We visited La Taberna del Cura three times in a matter of days at the end of our time in Spain and we wish we had discovered it sooner!! We had been away for 6 weeks eating out almost every night, and we have absolutely no doubt that this restaurant has the best tapas of them all. We loved the berenjenas a miel (aubergines with honey) sooo much, the patatas bravas were excellent, the tuna was delicious, and the ensalada del cura was also absolutely incredible. The staff were also lovely super chatty and friendly and took a genuine interest in us whilst providing the most efficient and polite service of any of the restaurants we tried in the area. We could not recommend eating here more!!
Nos encantó este restaurante, la comida era deliciosa y el servicio fantástico. Teníamos brochetas de pollo, brochetas de atún, langostinos al ajillo y bravas de patatas, que probablemente eran las bravas más sabrosas y no demasiado picantes. ¡No puedo criticar este restaurante!
Disappointing to be honest. Quite expensive compared with similar restaurants in the vicinity. Service was adequate. Our meals were served on slates with sauce running over the edge onto table. Would not return.
