We had dinner in the restaurant La Table de Jerome last week. The meal was fantastic from start to finish. The food was creative and every course was on mark with both presentation and taste. The wine list of primarily burgundy selections was outstanding, rivaling most lists in NYC. Our champagne aperativ from Billecart Salmon and a bottle from JJ Confuron Chambolle Musigny complemented our meal perfectly. The staff must be congratulated as well. Professional and friendly service was the rule, attentive throughout. La Table de Jerome is a real find. If you are in the Morvan is it a must stop. We will certainly be back on our next trip in September. Thank you for an amazing meal!
Op zich na diverse positieve verhalen over de nieuwe locatie de culinaire schoenen aangetrokken en allereerst bij de brasserie van het hotel gegeten. Was goed maar bediening vonden we wat te koel en formeel. Eten was ok (entrecote wel te flinke vetrand en sellerievissalade te weinig op smaak/spannend) en de hand van de meesterkok uit het restaurant mag net iets meer zichtbaar zijn in de brasserie en daarmee nieuwsgierig maken naar zijn toprestaurant. Wel mooi dat ze een dagmenu aanbieden voor deze betaalbare prijs. We proberen het restaurant nog wel een keer uit.

Hotel du Morvan is all it's website says. The experience is a journey around a food theme park. Wonderful food, attentive and knowledgeable staff. For those who are still in love with the traditional French professionalism and creativity in the kitchen and in front of house. Can't wait for our next visit.
