Dommage, nous avions l'habitude d'aller dans ce petit restaurant et nous n'avions jamais été déçu, mais je n'y retournerai plus ! Le patron a été odieux, d'après la petite serveuse il était sous pression car il y avait un grand groupe du "Lions club" ce soir là. Nous avons eu droit à une carte pour 5 , les autres cartes devaient être "réquisitionnées" ! Arrivée a 20h nous avons eu notre entrée a 21h ( sans apéritif) 2ème plat à 22h (avec 4 petits morceau de viandes pour mon épaule d'agneau )et quand nous avons osé dire que le service était un peu long nous avons eu droit à une réprimande du patron devant tout le restaurant. L'ambiance du dessert que nous avons avalé en 5 mn a été bien plombé...
We visited Lagrave at lunchtime and nearly missed this excellent restaurant. From the carpark it appeared to be closed, another restaurant opposite was all lit up and we very nearly went there. I am glad I tried the door. We had a warm welcome and a really wonderful lunch. We opted for the Menu du Jour. We had two choices for each course, excellent well presented food, all fresh home cooked ingredients. It couldn't be faulted. We often visit restaurants at lunchtime and have the Menu Ouvrier, always good value. This restaurant is far superior for only a few euros more. We will certainly become regular visitors, even though it is a 50 minute drive for us.
on n'est pas assis à table que la serveuse nous demande si notre choix est fait et revient toutes les 5 mn pour demander à nouveau, sans même proposer un apéritif, que nous avons demandé, nous en aurions bien pris un ou deux autres, mais à peine les verres posés sur la table le plat d'entrée a suivi, et tout s'est enchainé très rapidement sans que l'on puisse prendre le temps de souffler et de discuter entre deux plats. dommage la cuisine, meme s'il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix est bonne mais on se sent trop pressés, et cela finit par être un manque à gagner pour le restaurant....
Cuisine faites maison, produits frais, accueil et cadre agréable chaque fois que nous y sommes allés.La cuisine est recherchée et s'apparente pour moi a un petit restau gastro, je n'en ai jamais été déçu. Le prix est correct au vu de la qualité des plats servis.

The incredible owner, the atmosphere of the cinema is there, we fall back in the past, from the entrance to the dessert to say, very well presented and the flavor is there! His goodness to know what we eat! my favorite restaurant, I highly recommend!
Set menu at lunch, 14€. Great value. Beware, at lunch there is no à la carte so you can be stuck. The two main courses were Pasta or Pasta. Best to telephone and ask what’s on the set menu just in case!
This service and food were excellent, as was the local 'vin rouge ' . They were full but found us a table. Very nice people. Highly recommended!
