Ce restaurant que je fréquente chaque annee depuis 20 ans a bien changé depuis son rachat par Pintureau. La deco est désormais affublee de coupes de mauvais gout. Le service y etait impeccable, present attentif discret,bienveillant. La carte, locale était notamment composée de fondues aux cèpes morilles ou truffes. Elles ont disparue. Les vins ont pris une claque de 30% en un an, Plus d'amuse bouche créatif local offert avant l'entrée, des plats sans accompagnement sauf supplément, des desserts que je suspecte venus de l'extérieur. Très bel endroit, personnel très professionnel et agréable, plats goutus et bien présentés. Un peu déçu par la taille des entrées, petit format. Une petite mise en bouche avant le repas et une guimauve meringue par exemple en fin de repas comme cela se fait dans les restaurants gastronomiques serait un petit plus appréciable.
