My first disappointment for a gourmet BIB and we do not understand the previous comments. After taking a menu in 3 times (38 euros) and one in 4 times (45 euros) with my partner because Pablo told us that it is “very small portions”. We had a tiny tomato salad with a sandy biscuit and mozzarella foam, in the second entrance (for the 4th time) a sandbble with a marinated eggplant and rolled on the top. For the dishes a crispy pork ridge (very good) and a roasted redt for my wife with a potimarron purée. Then in dessert a small part of melon cut very finely and mixed with caramel with a sandy biscuit a new (very dry). All served at the pace of the other tables, one quickly understands that the...
The concept of the waiter cook has its limits.Despite a very tasteful, original and of good quality, the choice of 3,4, or 5 dishes remains expensive, I especially regret the small amount served for the main dish. For the price I would have liked to have more (a reddish net on a bed of 3 asparagus. Pay attention to the proposal of the pawn launched at the cantonade by the server because it is not offered but well billed...I think the boss could have done this. Finally a 4plat menu for 2 people with water, the wine the proposed pear and 2cafés for 142€We were in a gastro. disappointed
A unique and extraordinary gastronomic experience. Chief Pablo works alone and assumes all functions, in the room and in the kitchen. A surprise menu composed by the market and its local producers. An original and incredible unique culinary experience in terms of flavours. Reservation with limited number of places (10 to 12 covered) I strongly recommend making a detour to discover this inventive and very talented leader.
I could've put five stars for the surprise menu. that's successful. but for the reception we are instead in a rather cold atmosphere. so I remove 2 stars. restoration is also distilling a certain good atmosphere with these customers. damage because the concept of the restaurant 12 no more covered, with surprise menu is very interesting ...
surprising restaurant: surprise menu and atypical table in the sense that the chef is alone in the kitchen and service. dishes and flavors are sought and quite original, being seasonal and local! just if we had something to say: the quantities for main dishes are still a little small (for entries and desserts: perfect)
We had a great evening. wonderful culinary experience. We haven't eaten well for five years, yet we appreciate discovering new gourmet tables. Everything was perfect, amazing and excellent! Thanks to pablo for his welcome and this surprising meal full of delicacy! We warmly recommend it.
