La Table De Pauline

I tried to book a table in this restaurant. I had a person on the phone who told me it wasn't a restaurant but a domain and I lived in another world! I have rarely seen such a catastrophic and unpleasant welcome! Do not indicate a professional phone number if it is to make us feel that we are disturbing at the classic opening hours of a restaurant.

Excellent experience that mixes tasting and meals. The service is of quality and well-kept, the tasting is well reviewed and generous and the dishes served are copied and very fine. Very nice experience to do for anyone who ventures near Beaune. Possibility to buy wines from the estate after the meal.

After a good tasting of the wines of the Charles estate, place at the table of Pauline which presents well prepared dishes: a heartburn for the potato risotto.
