an absolutely successful place in any way: food, service and the setting. the paved with savagnin sauce was exquisite. I highly recommend this place to experience a successful Jura experience.
The salt well is a bit like the Lons zoo: you visit the place with your kids, you watch the young people and the tramps get drunk while throwing peanuts at them.
