to see the reviews, we expected a dinner in love rather nice and friendly. Maybe we were an isolated case but our visit was a disappointment from end to end. buffet breakfast of the hotel prepared while we were at dinner, placed at the end of a taboo for 12 while we were 2, with one person only at a table (colleased) of ours and that the restaurant was far from displaying complete. After 20 minutes of waiting without anyone coming to see us (not even the person behind the busy bar to do nothing), the server arrived to give us the card. and tell us that such a dish was no longer available and that such dish required 1 hour of waiting since there was a world.! a smiling and pleasant welcome. a pretty cocooning room, with sofas filled with cushions under the glass, and a neat decor. Here's for the decor of this restaurant hotel in this imposing building full of charm in the heart of St.Brieuc. for the meal, my discovery menu was delicious and nicely presented, and offered a very correct price for the quality of the products and the search for taste. A very good choice.

excellent dinner, with a varied menu. I've got a "egg", so reinvented that I'm still bleeding. Then a very well cooked beef cheek, and a dessert as beautiful as good. ...I realized that the chief had worked in a starred restaurant, as much as to say that it is seen and appreciated. the decor is original, the very vast room: a nice surprise!

Very good restaurant. flat with a nice presentation and very tasteful. Tomato entrance with the cruncher of the crusts, well-dobed acidity, sweet tempered by the salt of the sweet cheese, I enjoyed myself! fishing dessert also of great finesse. all the flavors are well dosed and marry perfectly. Saint-Brieuc's nightlife has nothing very fuzzy the week and this place to light my evening. Despite a arrival at the end of service, the welcome was warm and we were able to enjoy excellent cuisine and a very pleasant setting. the presentation of the dishes is particularly well-kept. a beautiful address in Saint-Brieuc.
