We discovered the Table des Armaillis on August 16 and it was a unique menu for the Beaufort festival! We were surprised at first but everything was done to be able to adapt to everyone's tastes, thanks again to the chef for the delicious pasta prepared for our 6-year-old daughter The atmosphere is warm while being quite elegant, the dishes surprising and very good, especially the meat (veal) which melted deliciously in your mouth! And as said in other comments very good value for money
unfortunately the restaurant has not fulfilled the expectations. the atmosphere was stiff with some young and quite absent waiters. eating that tends to respect local producers was right, but not to give them the feeling “I want to come back”. the appetizer itself boiled and muddy (endives with Beaufort cheese). no postorder or declaration on the menu and products, no instructions for the wine list.
C'était une première expérience. Dans une salle très agréable où les tables sont assez espacées et les sièges confortables, la dégustation d'une fondue suisse a été une belle découverte. Le service a répondu à notre attente: agréable et simple.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, plats très bons et bien travaillés, dans un cadre sympathique. Petit pour la super table de 8 un peu à l'écart :
excellent eating, excellent plating, reasonable pricing, the service was just a little too slow; except that everything was on the spot!
Nous recommandons ce restaurant, tout est délicieux.
