nothing to say about restaurant: impeccable service, excellent tasting menu. the feeling that the dishes were served very quickly but finally the dinner lasted in the two hours to two so sensation to relativize. good explanations of the dishes. The chef serves dessert. prices are in relation to the hotel's standing but for a starred restaurant, it's still reasonable. 5 stars without hesitation for the restaurant. We also took a room, it's a little bit more mixed. spacious and comfortable room but a little old, the bathroom in particular could have more modern amenities. breakfast standard enough. The boss is very kind and welcoming.

The Michelin star table is necessarily an excellent refined table with delicate flavors very well seasoned. We took the menu at the chef's option. Nevertheless, we regret that the menu does not correspond to an online wine with each service. The wine is expensive and offering the adequacy would have been perfect.

Excellent and fast service, original and delicious cuisine. I recommend the tasting menu! I only ate new things at the Blot Table. Guaranteed gustative adventure. I always have a nice time. He deserves his star... thanks to the whole team and the chief.
