Une belle adresse dans la vallée de Chevreuse, juste en face du château. La cuisine est raffinée originale et goûteuse, le service professionnel. Le cadre, spacieux, à la décoration délicate évoquant les quatre saisons est chaleureux et accueillant. Petit conseil: prenez-vous un menu dégustation ! Je recommande vivement !
The Michelin star table is necessarily an excellent refined table with delicate flavors very well seasoned. We took the menu at the chef's option. Nevertheless, we regret that the menu does not correspond to an online wine with each service. The wine is expensive and offering the adequacy would have been perfect.
