From day one the experience with this establishment was tarred by rude customer service and unhelpful management. On one occasion we were asked to leave because they were too busy to talk. We had already paid a deposit and were still made to feel like second class citizens. We were given a terrible option for desert (one you would get in a nursing home) and food was given to our guests without being asked beforehand how they would like the meat cooked. We wanted to have a square table but we were told this did not exist for the past 15 years. Upon arrival we saw the room next to ours with square tables!!!! Worst Dunkin' ever! Line is always slow and order is never right! Coffee taste horrible and worst customer service! Keep driving!
I have been to this location numerous timesI usually go through the drive thru in the morning, and the service is super friendly.
Tried this location for the first time after having Dunkin' for years at other locations with no problem.
