We had two salads as starters, both covered in a lot of tasteless sauce. Disappointing. Filet de beuf was overcooked and also covered in a liquid sauce that tasted of everything but morilles mushrooms. Ordered a classic steak tartare, been given the italian version without asking/apologising. Could not even taste the meat as it was all parmesan+garlic. I complained to the waitress who only laughed in return. Ice creams were ok, at least!
Very quite place where to have a dinner with a partner, the service was really good, I loved the choice of the wine list, I tried the Montepulciano, I really appreciate also the beef filet good portion, maybe just little to much the vanilla flavour on the velouté but really interesting flavours the mourille sauce was great, Chapo I gave 10/10 on everything
The food was generally very good, although the desserts were a disappointment. Avery good restaurant. Service was correct but lacking in charm. It's a hard place to get to without a car, although we managed a hotel shuttle on the return. But a taxi from Megeve--basically Euros, so clients should be aware.
the food was prepared on a high standard, tasty cocktails and wine, quiet atmosphere with a beautiful Christmas music, the waiters were very helpful and very attentive. overall we had an excellent Christmas night in the restaurant of a luxury resort, at a good price for the money we paid. Really good menu (not all cheese). Only place we found with a more international flavour. And good wine list. Went twice in a week.
