My experience at Olivier's table The foie gras ....House! Excellent. A smooth mix of tastes and textures with a beautiful presentation. The foie gras, melting in the mouth, served at the right temperature; mango chutney and apples very well dosed, delicious, served in the spoon; the lukewarm fruit bread with a slightly crispy crust was excellent and accompanied perfectly this dish. A very nice table on Le Quesnoy. A varied menu, a good kitchen, a pleasant and attentive staff. A value for money may be a little high but, must it be violence or pleasure ..! To recommend without restrictions by choosing its dishes and prices not to be surprised at the end, which spoils everything.
