We started our experience on the wine tour led by Oliver Leflaive himself. There were two groups, one tour in English led by Oliver, and the other in French, led by his brother. Oliver truly made the entire experience. He is joyful, humorous, knowledgeable, and quite the personality. The tour was incredibly informative and interesting for all levels of wine connoisseurs. After the tour we stayed for the wine pairing lunch. Their dining room is elegant and relaxing. Based off of other TA reviews we decided to go with the 9 vs the 6 wine tasting experience, and we could not have made a better decision. After a full visit to the vineyards and cellars of Olivier Leflaive, led by his amusing and knowledgeable brother Patrick, we were very excited to try the 4 course tasting menu with 9 wines - good job we didn't have far to go to get back to our hotel after! Beautifully presented food, with accompanying wines and interesting notes made for a wonderful lunch. We were also delighted to try their own label champagne, I would have bought more if I could. A great treat.
Que dire de ce restaurant . Le repas fut très bon , rafine avec des produits frais . Ce fut un régale pour mes papilles ainsi que pour mes amis . Cartes des vins plus que corrects. Personnels a l'écoute des clients et chaleureux. Je reviendrai sans soucis . Le prix est plus que corrects contrairement à d'autre restaurant ayant les même prestation . Bref je le recommande que l'on soit entre amis , en famille comme pour un repas d'affaires.
Franchement nous avons passé un moment très agréable D'abord la gentillesse du personnel de l Hotel et du restaurent Le sommelier un livre ouvert qui vous explique à merveille les vins de cette belle région Notre serveuse un amour qui nous à fait passer une agréable soirée grâce à son sourire et ses petites attentions Et n'oublions pas le repas ou nous nous sommes régalés Merci à vous tous pour cette étape vraiment très sympathique

At lunch, there is only a degustation menu with 6 wines for a 3 course meal. We were driving and were not up to drinking. We declined the option to spit out the wine after tasting, and went for the food without the 6 wines. Did order a glass on the side though. The food, cheese and dessert was very good. I am sure it would have been enhanced with the complementary wines.
We often stop overnight at the hotel and dine in the restaurant. This year the food has deteriorated - I think the chef is trying to modernise the dishes, but it doesn't work. What most people want is well cooked tasty dishes. A pity. Let us hope the food returns to what it used to be. The wine list is excellent. The service is often rather slow but mostly adequate.
We had an excellent stay in this very charming hotel. A particularly neat and decorated residence where it is good to (re)come. Attentive staff without being stuffy. We particularly recommend the Klima restaurant which is a true experience for the senses.
Booked the wine tour, but unfortunately could not continue due to bad weather. Staff was very friendly and eventually a very passionate story was told in the lounge. Service: 5
