In May, Hans concentrated on the young Cabillaud, which was fished in season and near Norway. He served the fish with local asparagus. We started with Carpaccio of tuna, followed by Mediterranean fish soup. Grilled cheese in a pack followed and finally dessert.... As usual, the food was accompanied by local rose and red white ad lib. An aperitif and Amuse Bouches start the evening well and the current price is 37.5 euros per head including drinks. The traditional old room used for food has a large stone fireplace with a closed fire that was always lit on my visits, even in summer!
Excellent kitchen testing suggested by Hans and Tine. In a very pleasant environment where you can eat with all guests often on the same table. It is always a surprise to discover new dishes of this quality. There is a menu for everyone.
