Arriving there, 7:20 p.m., we were greeted impolitely. We are made to understand several times that we are late. “We have a second course!” ; “we don’t take reservations on the fly” are examples of the warm welcome we received. This lady easily manages to annoy you for the evening. Fortunately, the servers are smiling and pleasant, which is a pleasure to see. The kitchen: my dish was cold, my fries too, my children's fries too... Double service... so fast service? So chain dish? In short, first and certainly last experience. When you are not at least diplomatic you don't work with clients, just from the disastrous reception I knew that I would not set foot there again. Please train your staf...

Ce restaurant est bizzard ,beaucoup de personnes travaillent dans cet établissement... je vois qu 'il y un problème, le personnel est au ralenti...je suis un ancien maitre-d 'hotel il manque un chef de salle ! Notre choix une choucroute très chaude voilà un bon point c 'est le seul un choux insipide aucun goût ... l 'accompagnement de mauvaise qualité les pommes de terre quelques une cuitent d 'autre pas ! Le serveur la conseillé de mettre beaucoup de moutarde ...il m 'a dit qu 'il ne mange pas la choucroute ici ! Si l'on considère le restaurant indépendamment du complexe Inside Park, il ne vaut pas mieux que 2,5/5, mais la possibilité aux enfants d'accéder aux structures dédiées et la possibilité de faire un laser game, un bowling, un karaoke, du trampoline, etc, rend l'expérience plus sympa, d'où l'arrondi supérieur à 3/5. Pour ce qui est du repas, salade de poulpe grasse et très forte en ail (je ne crains pas, mais là c'est exagéré . Le service n'est pas désagréable mais le professionnalisme manque cruellement. Bon point pour la salade qui ne sort pas d'un sachet plastique. Dessert plutôt sympa.

Rather disappointing experience on January 3 with an elderly person who requires a mixed meal but refusal of the mixed kitchen. Back in Savoie we were certainly the last late customers, we were able to have lunch with kindness and we were well received. we had a steak tartare which was perfect with fries and a salad.
