Very nice experience with original dishes seasoned with local plants. A perfectly executed kitchen. Special mention for the blown at the Grand Marnier and its blood orange sorbet, a 30-year-old chef-in-chief recipe, a magnificent eyeliner at the Suzette pancake. Very friendly and professional service, reception respectful of sanitary rules. Only small flat: a little old and weakly ventilated but which did not ruin this beautiful discovery: we will return.

We had a great Christmas Eve, the menu was perfect from aperitif to dessert, to mignardises. Cooking is perfect, seasoning is fair. Mixtures of flavors are innovative weddings.
