Negatives: the hostess was incredibly rude. She should be terminated as she has a very serious attitude problem. The waitress neglected our table and food was cold and mediocre. Foie Gras was the worst I have ever had at a restaurant. Tasted like it came from a grocery store. Kids meal tasted like it was re-heated from McDonald’s. Supposed to be a “nice restaurant,” but loud and unruly guests wearing t shirts, pajama pants, and literal slippers. Overall, very underwhelming experience. I’m incredulous at the positive reviews. Positives: the attentive bread service and sommelier.
Endroit agréable et bonne ambiance, le soir, on peut y écouter de la musique live… mais aussi des commentaires racistes à l’égard des clients russes, tenus par un membre du personnel. Edwan, désagréable toute la soirée, a clairement déclaré que les clients russes l’agaçaient et que leur seule qualité était d’être généreux. Ce type de comportement est tout simplement inacceptable.
this is fine dinning with fine service. this is the nouvelle kitchen, so the teller never flow. the quality is very much the order in contrast to the quantity. the personal is quite formal as they can expect. not too expensive compared to the rivals. at this level.
Nous venons déjeuner depuis plusieurs années pendant notre semaine de vacances et c'est toujours aussi bon. Très bel hôtel et prestations de service. Le personnel est toujours à l'écoute et très professionnel. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

the terrace on the lana is spectacular. the service was ok. eating was not on the standard of a five-star hotel. the prices for the drinks were also high for courchevel standards.
Lieu magique qui mériterait bien plus que 5 étoiles ! Personnels adorable et disponible ! Cuisine raffinée. Tout y est réunie pour passer un moment inoubliable.
