Hosted an event here last week in the hotel 's reception room, and recommend it very highly as a venue. The room 's setup is extremely simple, just plug and play if you need to show a PPT or any kind of materials from a computer. The catering was unfussy and very tasty, and we were able to provide the wine ourselves (the hotel charged a very reasonable corkage fee). The 2 members of staff who set up the food were courteous and professional, very happy to go the extra mile to make us comfortable, and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is charming: set back from the street, with its own courtyard, a fire pit and terrace. Simple but elegant design. There is one receptionist...
we have just tasted a menu of about thirty euros this noon, for the entrance/plat/dessert we found remarkable. dressage is neat and creative, the flavors are surprising, we have had a pleasant moment in a refined and privileged setting. Thank you to the hotel team for this reception and especially to eloïse we will return soon!
excellent, we have experienced with the vegetarian menu with the pleasure beaucoyp, it is refined, varies, and excellent, even for carnivores. a good service, a little hard at first but that started with the aftermath. beautiful experience
restaurant discovered as part of the organization of my wedding and it is pleasant jn discovery for taste buds. We loved butter soup. cocktails and dishes are also divine. wait to discover the menu prepared as part of our wedding.

Superb hotel very well placed in Fontainebleau. I slept very well in this bucolic and very quiet environment. The welcome was really perfect and cherry on the cake the restaurant is delicious. A beautiful discovery!
