a quality quite uneven, in the kitchen as in the service. We chose the vegetarian menu, the only presence of which was a good surprise. There were good ideas (delicious work on mushrooms, or radishes), but we were very disappointed with the main dish, quite basic vegetables in a kind of heavy bechamel. Similarly, part of the service was admirably attentive, but not enough to support its extreme slowness (25min between each dish on average).
Excellent meal .... Almost at the level of a star. The service is impeccable (rapid but can be forgotten) and to spoil the restaurant has a wonderful setting with a superb exterior and an air-conditioned room. The place is quiet and very spaced tables (which is rare in Fontainebleau). Coktails are sophisticated. Nothing to say except the price (almost expensive)
