I stayed almost 10 days at the hotel of the hamagne and took advantage of the services noon and evenings of the table of the rouan. What to say. The service is impeccable. the staff (many) is totally dedicated to customers. On menus, they are varied and tasteful. The impression that the different dishes leave is that the chef and the cooking team are really looking to please the customers.
