Après un moment détente au Spa nous sommes passés par le bar pour un cocktail, j’ai pris un Caïpirinha, déçu trop de glace pilée ! Très en dessous de ceux dégustés quinze jours avant mais dans un pays très loin d’Uriage. Ensuite nous sommes passés à table, très bon accueil, on connaissait déjà la salle et sa déco moderne. Nous avons pris le menu Éveil des sens. Très bon, j’ai adoré le rouget ainsi que le filet de bœuf très tendre et sa sauce excellente. La fin nous a un peu déçu, l’arrivée d’un groupe assez nombreux a rendu l’espace bruyant et le service très long. On nous a servi le dessert alors que nous n’avions pas eu le fromage, retour en cuisine et attente un peu longue pour un plateau...
A superb evening with two, despite the unforeseen, in this establishment with sleek and nostalgic decoration. Tasty and delicate dishes highlighting the products from the entrance to the dessert, seen on the kitchens and the brigade that works without excess but with great seriousness in all the small attentions (a huge special thanks to the hotel master for his kindness). To discover without delay to spend an immensely pleasant moment.
Delicious creative and original gourmet cuisine at a reasonable price, residing 3 weeks at the hotel, I had lunch and dinner at the restaurant throughout my stay, so I had time to enjoy the different dishes daily. On closing days, there is a brunch on Sunday, to be booked in advance.
Restaurant gastronomic not to the height the dishes are minimalist, but of good quality, the beef net corresponds to 150 grs ect ect... we went out of table with the end for a consequent note... damage because the frame is very pleasant.

The Brunch Spa formula proposed by the establishment is super nice. A rather varied buffet, both salty and sweet. I expected a bit of sophisticated, but all the products offered are of quality.
22 personnes pour fêter un anniversaire ; très bon repas original, goûteux, léger ; vins bien choisis ; cadre très agréable et service attentionné. Une prestation parfaite.
What a pleasure to go out of home and dine in such a charming setting, to be welcomed and to dine dishes that we discover and which we enjoy. We will return with pleasure.
Service not at the height of the price, much too long and the staff not frankly sympathetic without talking about the manager who has only to make customer comments!
