Despite the language barrier (we don't speak French and the staff didn't speak English) we had a lovely evening celebrating our wedding anniversary. The food and service was excellent. We decided to go with the menu for €30 (choice of 2 starters, mains and desserts) and got one of each and shared. Lamb Tagine and chicken couscous, the meat just fell of the bone and was really tender. The atmosphere was lovely, especially as it was pretty busy for a Sunday evening. We would certainly eat here again
We went to this restaurant based on reviews on TripAdvisor. We arrived at 1pm on a Sunday, very busy and full! The waiter sorted a table for us within mins, and we had a very delicious meal. If you have the Couscous La Restaurant, it is (possibly) sufficient for 2 people (if you are not big eater). The whole experience was terrific food, service and ambiance. Give it a try, it's well worth it.
I don’t always write reviews, but when I do it’s because it was good. This is a top restaurant in the area, lots of regulars coming in for take out. Nice tea-pouring skills, tasty tagine, sweet pastries... all of this in a Moroccan themed decor which adds to the experience. Would definitely go there again!
