Very good restaurant, I am a former cook and I recognize to be very critical with restaurants where I will eat. It serves fresh products, the kitchen is made home and the chef knows his art very well. I strongly recommend this place, which doesn't pay too much for mine but which is worth the detour for its dishes. One last word, the room staff is very pleasant too
A very good table in the green Valabre. A few slate dishes, depending on the season and the market, the plates are first gourmet, the service is welcoming and smiling, the value ratio is honest. No formula on the program. The room is not huge but there is a terrace, in the heart of Gardanne's ecomuseum. Sodexo card is accepted.
I discovered the restaurant with my work colleagues. We're having a late-year meal. I was very happy: copied, quality of impeccable cuisine, service with smile, very good quality / price ratio. I'll come back with a family, and I'll advise those looking for a good kitchen and a nice setting.
