After Gabian's ephemeral notoriety thanks to the publicity beginning in 2021 for the French of the Games, this very well maintained establishment with quality and innovation contributes to giving this rural town a special attraction, because we do not expect to find a bistro/restaurant/cave with beers of this quality, with great animation efforts to spend good moments. A perfect bistro/resto. The owners are nice and the top! The service is fast. Good dishes. A great place to spend a good time in the evening or noon. When there are concerts, the atmosphere is at the rendezvous. I highly recommend.
There is a vegetable burger on the menu and a vegetarian pizza. Ask the staff and they can adjust the options. Run by Nathalie and her husband and supported by an excellent team.
