We all hope that the bartender who serves everyone does not have the covid for the use of his mask would be a sacred cluster ... Otherwise disappointed with white cheese, the PDT was not seasoned, three times nothing like white cheese much salad... and to accompany instead of traditional charcuterie.... More cheese!!!???? Or a great service!! The waitress was attentive, friendly and effective for the current world, it is remarkable and the gourmet coffee is generous that it catches up with the dish... Do not forget to book even if the restaurant is large it has been shielded and many have been repressed
We came yesterday to 8 people. We reserved on board the reception in view of the present world what annoyed the gentleman who said that the reception had to stop his methods and that he has only 150 covers. Unfortunately the meal wasn't that. The baeckoeoff was warm, meat not cooked enough, difficult to masticulate and lack of taste. The torched pie lacked cooking, the poultry was cold. He was replaced. No commercial gesture despite the disappointment reported to the waitress. Next time we come to the ecomuseum, we'll get sandwiches.
Le service prend beaucoup de temps, soi-disant pas de places, mais en français lorsqu'on le demande (Avis d'origine) Service dauert lange, angeblich keine Plätze, bei Nachfrage auf Französisch aber doch
We spent Saturday at the ecomuseum and what a nice surprise to discover this magnificent restaurant with well copied and reasonable dishes. We will return and advise others

Excellent traditional Alsatian map. Perfect for lunch break at the ecomuseum. There are for all tastes and scholarships. Nice and fast service.
Very good address, I took a stock on a bed of cabbage, the meat was well cooked and melted, the excellent sauerkraut. I advise you.
A value for money more than excellent and our friendly Manuella waitress with a lot of humor and superb service!!!! Bravo!!!!!!
