I called the hotel to ask for a refund, I am reassured that I will have a transfer in 3 weeks, things I find long. 3 weeks after nothing, I reappear and again in 2 to 3 weeks it's without fault that I'm going to receive my agent... nothing always after 3 weeks. We were with my wife on 2 ;3 and 4 July or 2 nights at the hotel, we discovered by going back on 3 at night that the room had not been made, or even changed the towels. Of course I complained and learned that it was the covid's fault. A hotel that announces 4 stars but is very far away even the cheapest of the hotel chains doesn't allow it. It's very easy to save up to 160€ per room. Very expensive restaurant for the service. An invoice of €503 for 2 nights and a dinner with a couple. We find much better on the region.
We organized the baptism of our son at the restaurant la terrasse. Beyond the conviviality of the director of the establishment, we appreciated his professionalism. the event's roadmap was perfectly coated. the on-site team was just as professional, with a discreet, effective and friendly presence. and the most important, be it the mouth, the entrance or the dish...The menu was delicious! our guests unanimously made the same return. a big thank you for helping make this day even more beautiful.
I can only judge that the hotel and breakfast nothing exceptional, we spent the night in the suite Merlin with sauna and bath Balneo. Sauna nice once we understand the operation. Moquette, armchairs and curtains stained and vieillots, bedding not to our taste and mini bar that starts all 30 min. Good breakfast, well served and pleasant staff.
